March has become a special month! I’ve never been a huge birthday person, but over the years am trying to use it as a time to appreciate myself and all that I work for. This year, I shared the day celebrating my baby boy’s first month! We are doing very well as he is a big eater and a joyful boy. I’m learning to give myself grace for all the to-do list items that get pushed due to tending to feedings and wake windows, and wouldn’t have it any other way.
Now that baby is here, we’re be taking a break from new projects, especially given all that we’ve accomplished in just the first year. I want to be super realistic and transparent with you all, that it doesn’t happen overnight and it’s important to pause and continue to save money. While in January our sofas arrived and we slightly refreshed the living room, there are MUCH bigger plans for it but we’ll wait until it can all be done together, and right. However, we’ll be working on finishes spaces like organizing our new wardrobes for Spring & Summer and preparing our yard for the season. It’s good to take a break – for both the brain and financials!
I’ve been spending a lot of time planning, ordering and sourcing the best deals to maximize our budgets. This is something that is extremely valuable in working with a stylist – my process makes it painless, on top of exclusive trade discounts available to you! In this post, I’m sharing everything we did, decor tips and finds for you, and much more! Thank you for being here and making all of this a dream to share. I can’t wait to see where we are in just a few months.
