DETAILS:
Prep Time: 5 minutes, 30 minutes to overnight marinate time if preferred
Cook Time: 6 minutes

INGREDIENTS:

1 fresh pineapple – peeled, cored, and cut into 1-inch slices

3 tablespoons melted butter
-
1/4 teaspoon honey
-
Salt to taste
INSTRUCTIONS:

Cut Pineapple into 1-inch slices. Here is a tutorial on how to cut.

Place cut pineapple in a large resealable plastic bag.

Melt butter and set aside to cool to avoid melting the plastic bag.

Add honey, melted butter, and salt.

Seal and shake the bag to coat evenly, massaging to mix all ingredients.

Place the bag in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, preferably overnight.

Once ready, place marinated pineapple on the grill and heat through until grill marks appear, 2-3 minutes per side.
